Ours was a small kitchen project — about $25,000 — with a number of moving parts. Kathleen treated the small project like a large project; once engaged, she moved everything along on schedule, ensuring that appropriate materials were selected, and that workmen were scheduled in the proper sequence — and actually showed up. Kathleen was repeatedly on site, ensuring that the work was going as planned, and that we were satisfied. Moreover, she returned our phone calls and texts promptly, even while on vacation. “Change orders” that included a new bathroom floor and office window treatments were taken in stride, and accomplished timely and professionally. And while we had a very good idea exactly what we wanted to do with our project, Kathleen made a number of experience-based suggestions that we readily accepted, and that materially improved the final product.

Kathleen and her staff are professional to a tee. When it all came together, Kathleen’s color coordination and the accents she personally shopped for, were above and beyond what I was hoping. Her ideas were very intuitive to the flow of my home and the look I was trying to achieve. She takes the time to get to know and understand her client. I will definitely be using Kathleen for all future designing.
